Here are some awfully haunting listings that have been, and are currently on the market.
Purchase the town of Modena for a paultry $249,000 USD. This modern ghost town is a popular spot for UFO sightings, ghost hunters and is only three hours away from Las Vegas.
Spain's most famous haunted house has been put up for sale. 5 Real Street, in the village of Bélmez de la Moraleda sports a host of faces and body outlines that have appeared on the concrete floors. Efforts to remove the outlines have result in the appearance of more of these ghostly outlines on the floor. When a trench was dug a 13th century graveyard was uncovered containing bones, although the skulls were missing.
Colleen Meyers' Has a home for sale in Sioux Falls South Dakota. She claims to have seen a series of haunting visions, such as floating furniture, and ghostly apparitions. She is hoping to get $225,000 USD from the sale of her home on E-bay.
If Ray Ronson has his way then Tom the ghost will always have a home in Barry, South Wales. Mr. Ronson first noticed the ghost just after they moved into the home. He says he has become accustomed to the specter and wants it written into the sales contract that the ghost will not be exercised from the home.
