Well it’s spring again and the Real Estate market place is heating up. Homeowners are thinking about gardening and outdoor projects, while Buyers are viewing open houses and making decisions about home ownership.

Well it's spring again and the Real Estate market place is heating up. Homeowners are thinking about gardening and outdoor projects, while Buyers are viewing open houses and making decisions about home ownership. Sellers are finally ready to show their homes and the number of listings in my local market place has increased dramatically in the last couple of weeks.

With this in mind it is time to get out in the yard and start taking care of some yard work so your home can look its best. A freshly raked yard shows attention to detail and care. Raking the lawn will remove dead grass and unsightly debris from your lawn. If you're a gardener, it never hurts to add some color to your lawn. So some early blooming flowers bring a sense of life to your property. Trim the shrubs and bushes so they can look there best. Get your patio set out and assembled.

With some simple yard maintenance your home will look its best, for your personal enjoyment as well as for prospective buyers. So get out there and enjoy those mild spring days in the yard.
