Rising Mortgage Rates

Economists are speculating on the effects of rising mortgage rates.


As reported by the USA Today rates on a 30 year mortgage are at the highest point since 2002. The nationwide average mortgage rate is about 4.8 percent. Some economists are warning that the real estate boom that was driven by low interest rates could quickly become a busted real estate market place.
