I have just written an article about using flowers to increase curb appeal when you want to sell your home -- Flowers Instant Curb Appeal. I thought maybe some of your readers might find it useful. (It is a good complement to your article on Staging a Home.)
I know sometimes a potential buyer will find a big flower garden a turn-off because they are afraid of too much maintenance, but a few colorful flowers will perk up the landscape and brighten the entry. In my article I tell about how to plant them and how to get the best effect from your efforts.
